Welcome to emod-api

The emod-api package is an interface for EMOD that users of idmtools can interact with to create and modify EMOD simulations. Additional functionality for interacting with EMOD is provided by the emodpy package and idmtools.

See the idmtools documentation for a diagram of how each of the related packages are used in an end-to-end workflow.

Installation

Python Version

Python 3.13 is the recommended and supported version.

Installing the Package

The emod-api package is currently available on the Python package index.

pip install emod-api
